Step 5: Quality Checkpoint

Verify your workflow with a real task and document your process.

What You'll Do

Run a real-world task to prove your OpenClaw setup is production-ready.

Choose a Real Task

Pick one task that you actually need to do:

  • **Developer**: "Review my latest GitHub PR and suggest improvements"
  • **Writer**: "Check my Gmail for client emails and summarize them"
  • **Analyst**: "Pull the latest traffic data and create a summary"
  • Execute and Verify

  • Send the task to your OpenClaw assistant
  • Observe how it handles the task
  • Check the results for accuracy
  • Note any issues or improvements needed
  • Document Your SOP

Create a simple SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) document:

    # My OpenClaw Workflow

    Daily Tasks

  • Morning email summary
  • Calendar check
  • Project updates
  • Skills I Use

  • github
  • weather
  • [your other skills]
  • Common Commands

  • "Check my emails"
  • "What's on my calendar today"
  • "Review my latest code"
  • Known Issues

  • [List any workarounds or quirks]
  • Pass Criteria

    ✅ You completed a real task end-to-end

✅ The workflow can be repeated reliably

✅ You have documented your setup
